Rocker Chic Baby!!

These are my latest creation for a baby shower of one of the ladies in church a black and pink baby tutu with some cute skulls (as cute as skulls can be) onesies graciously modeled by Destinee's little bear... do you ladies ever remember your babies being that small??

Just a few simple pictures from Chris's promotion ceremony last week I have a much better video of the boys getting to "tack" Chris's stripes on which is quite funny I'll have to post that later!! But he's moving right on up the chain lots more people under him then what are above them!!

Nights in Rodanthe

Ever heard of this movie...it's a pretty good one and a book by Nicholas Sparks...Here's the authentic house they used in the movie when we were down in North Carolina. Pretty nice location. For the movie they filmed the house in its original location which was 5 feet from the water but they saw that it was going to threaten the house so they even staged a house moving party and this is where its current location is

Band concert and a "Do"

So Destinee got to miss a whole day of school last week for a band concert and workshop with other area elementary schools and this was her right before her concert that night

That is the name of our very very very need I say very large bean bag that we purchased for $20 from a friend in the church have you ever heard of Lovesac...for 20 bucks heck yeah!! This picture of the neighbor trying to stuff it in the back of our car though had me laughing for a good 10 minutes crazy crazy funny!! ;)

Happenings

Well I am typically the naysayer when people haven't posted in a long time but here I am haven't posted in over a month shame shame let's get started... a few weekends ago we went exploring one of Maryland state parks and these are some of the pictures from that very windy cold rainy weekend... the turtle is an authentic Maryland terrapin with red eyes and all but you probably can't see them and the really steep stairs are from a lighthouse that we climbed though we got in trouble...us lawbreakers bad bad!! ;)
