My Halloweener!!

Oh yes I just said "weener!!" These were some uber cute pjs that I saw on clearance at Old Navy and figured Kyle could always use Halloween pjs...I mean who couldn't use that!! Hopefully you can read it but in case you can't...."I'm So Cute It's Scary!!" And he sure is to Mommy!! ;)

Flowers With A Pecan!!

Well I finally got up the guts to drive myself to the Flower Market to show someone else how to get there....(okay so I didn't drive but I did ride with her and got her there safely with no wrong turns or misc.) and so these are some of the funnies that I found while I was there. I've been there so many times that I don't go to find beautiful exotic plants, I go to find a plant that looks like a dinosaur or something just so I can take a picture of and get a laugh out of it!! The first picture is of my bestest Korea girlfriend's little girl Elle and then there's me and Kyle with all my loot and sunflowers that have stems as big as a child's ankle!! The other two are just funnies of my imagination...doesn't that squash thing look like a triceratops without eyes of course, and then the other was just an oddity so I couldn't resist it...some sort of dried tomato looking thing that quite resembled a Chinese lantern. OOPS...had to go back and edit this one because I didn't tell you why I included the word pecan in my title!! Well the girl I went with is from Georgia and loves it there, but is silly enough to not like peaches so she can't be a Georgia peach, but she does love pecans, so much as to snack on them plain (ooohhhh.....) and so I went to the Flower Market with a Pecan, nothing strange about that, right!!?? ;)

Now My Apologies!!

Now to anyone that was offended or thought it off-color for me to "showcase" my bows on my blog where people who couldn't care less about bows come to see about my family, my apologies...there were just a few people that had wanted to know what I could make, so those pictures are for them!! Otherwise, just enjoy my site as usual!! ;)

A CKNY Original

HeHe Aren't I just hilarious with the play on Donna Karen...okay yes I know I'm not you can stop pretending to laugh now!! Anyway Chris did make this all by himself (which isn't too far fetched since he's the one that's taught me anything I do know about sewing!!) while I made the looplicious bows to match!! I know I know, you're just salivating wanting some of your own!! Just be careful not to knock down my door from too many ladies at one time trying to get in her for their own CK original, complete with matching loopy bows!! ;) You can't see it in the first picture but Destinee had leggings on with the little dress/tunic shirt because I wanted it to be more like a long shirt than a dress so anyway the leggings made it really cute!! ;) Okay tahtah for now!!

Squadron Mando Fun!!

Well finally Chris has a commander that likes to include the families in some of the flight's functions, and all I have to say to that is Hallelujah!! Anyway, so this was the first squadron family function that we've been to and the first one is just a sampling of our squadron's great spouses...the short haired beautiful blond is Leah Downs, our commander's wife, and the second one, I took because I thought their names that they make up for each other are quite on the hilarious side...and the last is a mini replica of the Great Wall of China that Destinee and her new little friend, one of the commander's sons built while the adults were eating!! ;)

Halloween Fooling!!

Well so I finally felt good enough to start decorating around the house some and Kyle was right there to join in the fun!! He was the Easter Bunny last year so dejavu from last year, and then doesn't that wig look perfect with the rest of his hair...ooh to have a long haired little girl to put all those bows in!! And then if you look closely you can see that he has tape over his nose and mouth of which he put there himself while we were decorating the front door!! ;)

Halloween Fineries!!!!

Well I attempted some headband weaving techniques last night and it was definitely a crash and burn of an idea for me AND even Chris, which is saying alot...'cause he can figure out things I can't usually...so we'll have to stick with the braided headband...it still looks cool, doesn't it?? And then we add a Halloween bow and send her out in the world to promote the coolest holiday ever!! ;) (I mean yeah Christmas has better implications of the reason for the holiday, but I mean really, when else do you get to dress up as a washing machine and no one laugh at you!!)
