As always with my massive once-a-month uploads, click the older post link at the bottom to see all of the updates!!

That Concludes Our Fun Times!!

Well those were the highlights of our trip, none of us wanted to return home to MD as really there was nothing but alot of work and headache (yard work, Chris work, MD inspection stickers, Drivers License Renewals, Car Registration, School, lack of friends, etc.) and the list goes ON and ON. So Mom and Dad Erwin should certainly know how much fun we had and how much we would love to see them again very soon!! ;)

A Detour of Scary Preportions

When it was time to come back to St. George from Bryce, we decided to take a detour and re-route through Cedar City instead of having to go through Zion again and this is what we ran into....now the Strommers have driven in snow before...plenty in Korea but this was insane!! Chris did a great job even though his face and demeanor resembled a constipated grandpa the whole time...you can picture it, I know you can!!

Bryce is Nice!!

We went to Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon N.P. and I took a few at Zion but nothing truly blog worthy (Chris did though with his fancier camera and I'll put some of those on later) but Bryce truly impressed me the most. The views and SHEER drops from this place were breathtaking...Kyle slept through some of the hiking that we all did which was good 'cause if he'd been awake and tried to get out of the stroller, he would've been a goner!! So the two bigger ones and I hiked down just a smidge furthur while Mom kept sleeping Kyle up on the safe railed part. Don't have a heartattack at the pic of the kids there Mom, (she hasn't seen it before *snicker*)

Beautiful At Night

The first picture is of the St. George LDS Temple Visitors Center just on a pass-by at night, and the second one is of Brigham Young's (an LDS prophet) home that my parents do the upkeep and maintenace on.

"Dying" for Fun!!

After our fun morning at Jumpin' Jacks, we came home and dyed some Easter eggs...good times were had by all...is the football lookin' egg in Dalin's basket not the coolest looking thing ever....it was done with rubberbands...aren't we tricky!!

The Best Thing That Ever Happened To The West Coast

If you've had it, enough said...If not, then I'm sorry for ya!!

Jumpin' Jacks

So the second day dawns in Utah a little on the wet side, and so ever-ready Mom had something alternate to do instead of playing on some more sand dunes, we would instead go to an indoor inflatable jungle gym!! Sounds like fun, huh? But for who?? Mom/Dad or Kids?? You be the judge!!

Off to the Sand Dunes

Doesn't look like beach sand, huh?? It's definitely not, much less the color but also it felt so much more fine and fun to play in. There were lots of kites there on this day as well, so minus losing the house sand toy somewhere in the abyss of red sand, everything went well!! ;)

Gypson Mine

Well we got to Utah safely and straight away Mom and Dad had us going....we went to this mine that isn't actually really being used a mine per say because they didn't think that anybody got any of the gypsom there for commercial use, but we sure enjoyed looking at it....for those uncultured heathens who don't know what gypson is (I had no clue, so I'm just kidding!!) there's a picture of it here...it looks very much like Kryptonite crystals!! Aha, so that's where it is!! Nobody tell Lex Luther!! ;)

M&M World Highlights

After deciding that Vegas wasn't for us we decided to take our leave and head to St. George...i.e. the real reason for the trip...but not without one last stop at M&M World. What a place!! The bottom picture albeit small are all the different colors of M&Ms that you could purchase, and the top is a picture of Kleenexes with the M&M logo on it!!

Las Vegas...Pre Utah Trip

Well because of Mom feeling that the family might need to sleep off some "jet-lag" after our 5 or so hour flight...(Chris and I just looked at each other and laughed-i.e. flight from Korea is 14!!) we decided to humor her and to let Chris see Vegas for the first time in all its "splendor." Ruth had seen it many years ago with my own family growing up and remembered it being a wonderful place with puppet shows and wonderful food. Well, all I can say is that time changes everything....the family themed ANYTHING is now gone and traded for a much more "sinful" approach to entertainment. And the food was okay but very expensive. The top picture was the best thing I saw in all of Vegas!! Anywhere there is a ROSS can't be 100% evil!! ;)

Just Plain Lazy!!

Besides the fact that today was a "kids drive me up the wall" kind of day, I'm just being plain lazy on updating those Utah pics...Mom, you were there with us so you don't HAVE to see them and I'm not sure anybody else is sitting on the edge of their seat just salivating waiting for my pictures, and basically the camera's in the car and it's cold, wet, and rainy here so I just don't want to go get my camera...but as soon as Chris uploads some of his beauties from our Easter shoot, I'll be sure to put those on here, just don't be surprised if it takes 'til 4th of July to see Easter pics!! ;)
