Dalin's Mini "Mii"

Yes it physically pained me to miss spell the word me in the title as I hate misspellings, but I meant to spell it this way because for an event at school a multicultural night to celebrate all the cultures in the school they have each child make a mini "Mii" of something that represents them and this was Dalins. Can you see the five finger shoes?? ;)

Silly things that make me laugh

So we were at the mall yesterday looking for church shoes for Dalin for an event that I will post about in a few minutes for Dalin... so while we were in the shoe store I look around and this is what Kyle has on his feet... he called them his slippery shoes. Can you tell what they are? Then the other picture in case you can't read the bumper sticker was on the back of a Honda Element and it said, "You just got passed by a toaster.". I would definitely agree that that is a good representation of the shape of a Honda Element!!

A Sweet Mothers Day Tribute

So pretty much everything other than I have to pay for it is wonderful and perfect about Kyles preschool and this was their day before Mother's Day tribute. They sang, they made us cool hats with newspapers, the kids each served us awesome snacks. So sad it's going to be over soon. :( Oh and before we even got there they had made a pretty glass bowl covered with mod podge fabric all over for our little knickknacks. So cute!! ;)

"In My Element"

So the next event that occurred after the Chris banana picture on our camping trip was a birthday party for one of Dalins really good friends that we rushed back from the campsite to go to and I was asked to be one of the characters for the birthday party. 'Twas a Harry Potter party and the boys mom (one of my good friends) asked me to be Prof. Trelawney, anybody know who that is?? Well I only had the slightest of clues and so the whole way back from the camping trip a 3 hour rd. trip, I was researching everything I could on the Internet... what does she sound like, what does she look like etc. Well... to tell you how it went that next day I had some of the children at church see me and say: "You are SO funny and then some children that I didn't even know went back and told their parents that they didn't know who the funny lady was but that they wanted to come back to a party where I was because I was so awesome!! Oh and to explain the picture of Chris with the sorting hat on...he was the voice, so he sat in his truck away from the party and spoke through the mom's cell phone that was hidden under the sorting hat!! The kids were amazed!! ;)
