An $800 Savings!!

So we have begun home renovations in an effort to move in February to Monterey California and to have our house upgraded so that someone can think it is a perfect steal for them to be in and live in while we are gone or for the unforeseen future. For some unknown reason the townhomes in this neighborhood were built without lights in two of the three bedrooms and we were quoted a $900 price to put lights in the two top bedrooms!! Mainly because the electrician would have to crawl in the attic and they are whining that they would have to be up there, wah wah poor baby electrician...it's your job!! Anyway off my tirade...my husband decided that he wanted to try to do it himself which I must admit I am never very keen on but we have a good friend that is an electrician and he walked him through one of the installs and today he did the second one all by himself...what a savings!!!! :) Can you tell he's proud of himself!!??
