So does every good red-blooded American woman remember the Topsy-Tail from when they were young...I know I sure do and LOVED it...you can still find them a few places on E-bay but the company that did make them stopped making them. And so this was done with just a rat tail comb for in the middle and then you flip it under yourself!! Then with the leftover hair I just flipped it into an upside topsy tail ponytail (flip the hair up through the ponytail instead of down.)
