Well this was my cute recipe that was going to be for a 4th of July BBQ, but I don't know what happened that they just didn't "materialize" and so I finally made them probably a month ago actually, so much closer to the 4th than now...I'm just getting around to posting the picture now!! Such a slacker I know!! Anyway, do they look like little chunks of corn on the cob with a nice buttery slab on top?? I hope so...they were fun to make when I finally figured out how thick or thin the icing needed to be to keep the uhhh..."kernels" on there!!
